Bids for construction of water mains submitted by Lesh Well Drilling Co. and
Dever. Construction Co. McClure suggested contract be a girded to low bidder. Moved
by Allison, Seconded by Wykert that the contract be awarded to the low bidder,
Ed Lesh ell Drilling Co. Roll call. Carried.
Prange moved, Allison seconded motion that bonds be issued in the amount of
$28,000.00 and the orc3;inance was read and approved. All present voted yes.

Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault called to order
by Mayor H. D. Robinson. Members Present : Allison, Galloway, Snow and Wykert.
Absent: Loewen and Pra n`g`ge.
Minutes of the Meeting of June L: and the special meeting of June. 12 and June 26
read and approved as read.
Financial report for the month of June presented.
Weld County Health Department sent in two safe water samples for the month of June.
Moved by Galloway, Seconded by Wykert to grant cemetery deed to J. J. Newell
for lots 1 and 2, Section 5, Block 2, Ault Cemetery. Roll call. Carried.
Resignation of Martha B. hcCrureb as clerk announced by 1`iayor. Millie Alkire
interviewed concerning the position. Moved by Snow, Seconded by Wykert that Mrs.
Alkire be hired at a salary of $175 per month. Roll call. Carried.
Moved by Snow, Seconded by Wykert that retiring clerk be paid for two years
vacation pay. Roll call. Carried.
In absence of Loewen, Galloway appointed to serve on finance committee. Moved
by Wykert, Seconded by Galloway that the following bills be paid. Roll call. Carried.

A special meeting of the Aul Town Board was held with the following members Present,
Mayor,H. .Robinson,Trustees,Allison,l4eewen,Prange,Snow, ykert and l ngineer,Paul McClure.
The purpose of the meeting was todiscuss and decide whether or not the Town of Ault
would use water from the Proposed North Weld County Water District.After reviewing and
discussing the cost to the water users in the C.ty of Ault it was decided it would be
