Regular Meeting Sept.3,1962
Regular meeting of the Board of Trusties of the Town of Ault was called to
order by the MayorylF..Robinson. Members present: Allison,Prange,Galloway,Loewen
and Wykert.
Minutes of the August meeting were read and approved.
Financial report for the month of August was presented.
Weld County Health Department sent in one safe water sample for the month of
August. One report was sent in from the State Health Denartment,sample taken from
Clary's Station.
Insurance on Town Property was discussed.A motion was made by Prange and seconded
by Wykert that they accent the proposal of 560,000 Fire Insurance and xtended
coverage on Town Property. Roll call. Carried. Liability Insurance was discussed and
tabled.
The heating system at the library was reported not working properly.Loewen was
to check the matter.
New rest room was discussed.Prange is to plan the room and bids to be let.
Motion was made by Galloway and seconded by Allison that Bruce Snodgrass be
given two weeks -notice of the termination of his service as Policeman and Roy White
to be contacted for the job,at the present salary. Roll call.Carried.Police committee
asked to tend to the matter.
Bills were examined.A motion was made by Prange and seconded by Allison that
the bills be allowed. Roll Call. Carried.
