Special Meeting: Sept.Li.,I962.
A Special meeting of the Board bf Trustees of the Town of Ault wab called to
order by the Mayor H.E.Robinson.Members present,Allison, Galloway, Loewen,Snow and lykert.
Paul McClure ,City Engineer,checked the Cotract *hick the Town of Ault has with
Ed Lesh°Well Drillers and found that the dead line had been reached.A motion was made
by Galloway and seconded by Snow that the Clerk write a letter to Mr.Lesh stating that'
upon the advice of the Engineer ,time having run out the -'oard of Trustees would invoke
the penalty.Roll Call. Carried.
Galloway made the motion,seconded by Loewen that a resolution be passed and a zoning
committee be formed for the purpose of zoning the Town of Ault. Roll Call. Carried.
Mayor Robinson arpointed Loewen Chairman of the Committee,Snow and Wykert to act with him
The Clerk was to write a letter to Amos Keys informing him a zoning committee had been
formed and restrictions were to be put into effect,letter not to be mailed at this time:

Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was called
to order by the Mayor H.E.Robinson. Members present: Galloway, Prange, Loewen,Snow
and Wykert. Absent: Allison.,
Joe Snow introduced Mr. Randolph who had applied for the job of Policeman.
After interviewing the applicant Galloway made a motion, seconded by Snow that Mr.
Randolph be hired on,a probationary trial period of ninty days or less at a salary
of300.00. Roll Call. Carried.

Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was called
to order by Mayor H.E.Robinson. Members present:Galloway,Loewen,Snow and WYkert.
Absent: Allison and Prange. Also present were Edwin Lesh Jr. and Lynn Lesh,..
minutes of the Sept. meeting were read and anproved as read.
Correspondence disposed of. One safe water sample for the month of Sept.
Sent in by the County Health Dent.
Lesh Brothers presented their bill for installing the new water mains.
Snow madethe motion seconded by Wykert that the penalty for extra time not be uin-.
yoked. Roll call: Carried. A motion was made by -Galloway and seconded by Loewen that
they pay Lesh Well Drillers the surd 01171,751.79 leaving a balance : of 10% of the full
amount to be paid after inspection,, Roll call:. Carried.

Contigency Fund pto the Street and Ailey fund. Roll call: Carried.
The Board, gave permission to the Clerk to change her hours from .9:00A.M.
to 5:00 P. ,to 8:00 A.M. to 1.:00 P.II,Monday thru Friday.
In the absence of Allison and Prange the Mayor aoppointed Snow and, Loewen
to act on the finance committee. The following bills were examined:
