moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. ,ijr" //
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LIQUOR AND BEER LICENSE
FEES IN THE CITY OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, the City Council by Ordinance has established
that liquor and beer license fees be set by Resolution of the
City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, It Is Hereby Resolved by the City
Council of the City of Medina as follows:
1) The annual Class A On -Sale intoxicating liquor
license fee shall be $3,630.00.
2) The annual Class B On -Sale intoxicating liquor
license fee shall be $3,146.00.
3) The annual Class C On -sale intoxicating liquor
license fee shall be $2,783.00.
4) The annual Off -Sale intoxicating liquor license
fee shall be $100.00.

5) The annual Special Club license fee shall be $ /")
6) The annual Sunday Sale liquor license fee shall
be $200.00
7) The annual On -sale non -intoxicating malt liquor
license fee shall be $100.00.
8) The annual Off -Sale non -intoxicating- It liquor
license fee shall be $10.00.
