A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS AND ADOPTING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR
ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSES FOR THE CITY OF MCCALL AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that:
SECTION 1: THE FOLLOWING FEE SCHEDULE FOR ALCOHOL BEVERAGE
LICENSES AS HEREIN PROVIDED BELOW IS HEREBY ADOPTED, AND A NEW
EXPIRATION DATE PROVIDED:
The Fee Schedule for Alcohol Beverage Licenses for the City of McCall shall remain
the same, except for the addition of the Transfer of Location Fees; the addition of
Prorated Fees for the partial year from January through August 2007 (8 months) to
allow for the adjustment to the new expiration date; and the change of the Expiration
Date.

SECTION 2: EFFECTIVE DATE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage.
