Absent: Allison and Prange.Meeting was for the purpose of acting on the proposed b budget. Motion made by Wykert and seconded by Snow that the proposed budget for I963 be accepted as the true budget. Roll Call. Car ied. Meeting ajourned. )n. ajj," Clerk ayor RegularMeeting: November,5,I962 Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was called to order by the Mayor,Howard E. Robinson. Roll Call found the following present,,Allison„Galloway Loewen,Prange,Snow and Wykert. Minutes of the Oct.. meeting were read and approved,also the minutes of the Special Meeting of Oct. I2th. Bob Stonecypher was introduced and interviewed for the Police job.After some dis- cussion the motion was made by Prange and seconded by Wykert that Mr.Stonecypher be hired for a month on a trial basis at a salary of $275.00 after which time the Board of Trustees being satisfied a raise in wages to be considered. Roll Call. Carried. Communications were disposed of. The following atpolicatidns for' License were presented,Liqour by the drink for Geo. Simpson,package sales for August Sothman and Max Mabie and a Beer license for Chet Forbes' Pool Hall. Motion made by Prange,seconded by Wykert the licenses be granted. Roll Call. Carried. Liability Insurance on the Town. Tractor and Grader were discussed. Clerk was asked to contact Martha McCrumb and have her check the cost of a fleet policy on the 5 Town vehicles, for collision and liability. Action tabled until next meeting. Financial report -far ae.m®nth of October was given. Weld County =Wealth Department sent in brie Safe water sample for the month: -6f Oct. Plans for the Rest Room were presented by Prange.
