Special Meetings Novernber,,19,,I962
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was held
Nov. 19,1962. Meeting was called to order by the mayonHowargugpbinson. Roll call
found the following Trustees present,.Alliso ,Galloway,,Loewenjand Snow absent,.
Bids on the bathroom were opened and examined.The following bids wu e offered,
C.D.Manion P Son -M142.00, Ed Lesh Jr«$689.90. After some discussion Igykert made the
motion Manion and Son bid be accepted,motion was seconded by Gallow y.Rol1,_Call4Ayes-,Inaye

Regular ° Meeting: December',Y3,.I962
Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the.Town of Ault was called to
order by the Mayor Howard Robinson. Roll call found the following present, Allison,Gallowa
Loewen, Prange, Snow and. Wykert.. Attorney James Johnson was present also.
Minutes of the Movember,5th meeting were read and approved as read,also the minutes
of the special meeting of November,I9th read and approved as read.
Financial report for the month of November was presented.

Contract Provisions and offers for the water main installation in East Ault were
presented and read.Tinker Plumbing & Heating offered a bid of 760.00 and Ed Lesh Wlell
Drilling Co. offered a bid of 930.00. Motion made by Wykert and seconded by Prange'. the low
bid be accented. Roll Call. Carried.
Lester Hotaling gave a report on the new water main installation stating the work
had been completed satisfactorly.
James Johnson presented a letter he had received from Chas. Howe of the Municipal
League ,concerningthe ;$ale, tf m3.2 Beer on Sunday. The letter stated that Auld's ordinance
prohibiting the sale of Beer on Sunday is valid therefore Att. Johnson is to write albtter
informing the establishments where 3.2 Beer- is sold of this information*that this ordint! ..:
ance will be inforced.
Motion was made by Snow and seconded by 7ykert that ,the Street and Alley comm-
ittee have the authority to take care of the drainage problem at the crossing at 1st St.
and Graefe Ave. Roll Call:Carried.
Motion made by -Gallaway and seconded by Wykert to increase the Policeman's wages
to 300.00 per month. Roll Call. Carried.
Edgar Brown requested I week salary in preferance to I week vacation. Allison
made a motion seconded by Prange the request be granted. Roll Call. Carried,
Water Works Committee instructed to draw up rules on water users before the next
out.
