Regular Meetinc:
Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was called to order by
the Mayor Howard Robinson.Roll call found the folowing Trustees .rresent,Allison,
Golloway, Loewen, Snow & ?Arykert.Pra.nge absent.Also present were Mr! g Terry,Brown and
Atty. Clayton, Representatives of the Home Light & Power Co. of Greeley.
Minutes of the Dec.3rd meeting were read and approved as read.Mayor Robinson then
invited the guests to dispose of their business.The Home Lieht &.Power "c. of Greeley
made application for a franchise in the Town of Ault and presented a pro osed_'ordinance
which was readin full. Galloway made the necessary motion seconded by lrytert.'.J ola Gall:

Financial report for the month of December was given.
Two safe water reports were received for the month of December.
Application for a 3.2 Beer license for the V.F.W. Club was presented.Motion made
by Loewen and seconded by Snow that the license be granted. Roll Coll.Carried.
A special ordinance creating Ault PavineDistrict #1 was read in full. Motion made
by Galloway seconded by Palizor: the Ordinance be adopted. Roll Cal1.4 Ayes. No Hayes.
In the absence of Prange the. Mayor appointed Loewen to act on the Finance Committee
