Donohue, Councilor At Large WHEREAS: Nancy began her career as Watertown Zoning Enforcement Susan G. Falkoff, Officer here in the Town Hall on July 1, 1987 with the Building Inspectors Councilor At Large office, which eventually became part of the Department of Community Anthony Palomba, Development and Planning; and, Councilor At Large Angeline B. Kounelis, WHEREAS: Nancy routinely demonstrated her ability to be a District A Councilor knowledgeable professional, a friendly public servant to Town residents, and a B Co make sure Councilor tireless worker who was always willing to go above and beyond her duties to District Co Cecilia k the job was done; and, Vincent J. Piccirilli,Jr., WHEREAS: Nancydemonstrated time again h to be District C Councilor me an a g her willingness firm when needed, but to also be compassionate and helpful; and, John J. Lawn,Jr., District D Councilor WHEREAS: Nancy clearly enjoys a good time and always made sure that everyone else enjoyed themselves as well; and, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Council of the City known as the Town of Watertown does hereby express its profound gratitude and appreciation to Nancy Scott for her many years of service and dedication to the citizens of Watertown and wishes her continued health and happiness upon her retirement and hereby proclaim January 19, 2011: Nancy Scott Day And ask all citizens to join the Town Council in wishing Nancy a happy retirement.
