the full reading of Ordinance #'140 said Ordinance having been duly published in the
Ault Progress notion was made by Allison seconded by Wykert Ordinance # ILO be passed:
Poll Call: 6 yeas. No nayes. Filed on page 263 in the Ordinance Book.
Minutes of the Jan.7th meeting were read and approved as read.
Financial report was given.
Application for then renewal of Beer License for Sarah Andrews was presented.Motien
made by Snow seconded by Galloway the License be granted. Roll Call: Carried.
Ordinance # 141 creating Ault Paving District # I was read in full and said Ordinanc(
having been duly published in the,, Ault Progress otion was made by Galloway seconded
by Snow the Ordinance be passeddad. �,oll Call: 6 yeas. No nayes.
2 safe water earajles were received from the Weld County Health Department for the
month of January.
List of delinquent water users was given consideration. Clerk was instructed to
notify delinquent users giving them 30 days to pay in full. Where water has to be shut
off the additional fee ofI.00 is to be charged.
