RESOLUTION 80-15
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has undertaken to comply with
the 1976 Land Planning Act by working on a Comprehensive
Plan and Associated Ordinances beginning in the fall of
1977, and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has completed and adopted a
Comprehensive Pa.-.ks Plan, a Subdivision Code, a Sewage
Disposal Ordinance, and has a preliminary Lnad Use Plan
in draft form, and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina finds that it cannot meet
the July 1, 1980 deadline for submission of its' Comp-
rehensive Plan because of local citizen review and
appropriate coordination with City Council and Planning
Commission, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Medina does
hereby request a Six Month extension of time in which
to submit its' completed plan, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Medina will
complete its' plan according to the following schedule:
1. Comprehensive Plan - November,1980
2. Associated Ordinances - November, 1980
Adopted by the Council of the City of Medina this
20th day of May, 1980.
