Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was called to order
by the Mayor Howard Robinson.Trustees present were Allison, Galloway, Prange,Loewen and
Snow.W'ykert absent.
Minutes of the previo r meeting were read and approved as read.
Two safe water samples were received from the Weld County Health Department for
the month of February.
Motion made by Galloway,second by Snow that the Board have a recess while the
finance committee meet with the Leshes and Paul McClure to make a final settlement on
the new water mains. Roll Call: Carried:
Motin made by All ison,second by Prange that Edgar Browns wages be increased $25.00
per month. Roll Call: Carried:
Date was set for March 13 at which time Dr. Masterson is to give rabies shots to
dogs.Notice to be published in the Ault Progress to this effect.

Jim Johnsen present also.
North Weld Water District contracts were read and discussed.A motion was made
by Gall oway, sec and by Allison that the Board notify the North. Weld Water Dist. that
they will enter an agreement to purchase water providing an agreeable contract is
,resented.Roli Call:Carried.
Mr. Johnson was to contact the North Weld Board.
