CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. ��
RESOLUTION GRANTING A LICENSE TO USE TRACT J, R.L.S. 1049 FOR ROAD PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Tract J, Registered Land Survey 1049, files of the
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, is and has been awned by the City
of Medina for many years; and
G��ZEAS, the said Tract J, R.L.S. 1049, has been used and main-
tained for many years by the abutting property owners as a private road;
NOV, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of
Medina, that the owners of all properties abutting the said Tract J, R.L.S.
1049, their guests and invitees, are hereby granted license to use the
said Tract J, R.L.S. 1049 for roadway purposes, provided that the maintenance,
upkeep, repair, improvement, snow removal and other expenses resulting from
such use for roadway purposes shall not be borne by the City of Medina.
Resolved further, that the said license shall be revocable only
upon action taken by the City Council pursuant to M.S.A. §412.851 regulating
the vacating of public streets and the benefit and protection of the said
statute shall inure to the benefit of all holders of the license.
Resolved further, that the said license is hereby granted to all of
the owners, their heirs, successors and assigns of the property abutting
the said Tract J,-R.L.S..No. 1049.
Resolved further, that the license is conditioned an the applicant
paying the City's administrative cost of preparation thereof in an amount
not to exceed $ /(,7- .
