CALL TO ORDER
The July 6, 2009, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope, Scrivner, and
Struemph
Absent: Ferguson
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
City Administrator Steve Rasmussen stated that he will be announcing the July 13 Work
Session under "Upcoming Meetings and Events" in tonight's meeting.
2009 -40 (Amend Code by adding Annexation & Planned Growth Committee) -
Councilman Ron Medin stated that the Administration Committee plans to amend the bill
by designating the senior Council Member from each ward the appointee to this new
committee.
2009 -23 (Sewer Rate Change) - Councilman Jim Penfold stated he will be removing this
from the Informal Calendar to vote on tonight.
New Business - Councilman Jim Penfold stated he will be bringing up the issue of a
problem with ground hogs, or woodchucks, within the city.
