RECOMMENDATION :
T he City Council is req uested to recei ve and file the T ransportation and Public Safety
Commission (Co mm ission) actions from their meet ing of March 11 , 2015 .
BACKGROUND :
On March 11 , 2015 , the Commission held their regular ly scheduled meeting .
ANALYSIS:
Fo ll ow ing is a s ummary of actions take n at th e March 11 , 2015 meeti ng:

Present: Com missioner -Clift , Nimri , Stratis, Chairman Redmond
Absent: C ommi ssioner -None
Excused : Commissioner -No ne
2 . APPROVAL OF MIN UTES
The Commissio n approved the mi n utes of their February 11 , 2015 meeting .

3 . PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Commission held n ine hearings in person ; upheld four citations and d ismissed
five citations.
The Commission held fo ur hearings requested by written declaration and upheld
the citations .
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report .
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year 2014-15 City Budget.
