CALL TO ORDER
The July 17, 2009, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:00 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Scrivner, and Struemph
Absent: Ferguson and Pope
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Presentations from Staff, Consultants, and Invited Guests:
Two more items were added: a presentation from John George of Missouri Conservation
regarding urban deer management, and Charlie Lansford with an update on the low -cost
spay /neuter program.
BILLS:
2009 -43 (Cherry Creek subdivision plat) - City Planner Janice McMillan may request to
have the sponsor place this on the Informal Calendar Monday night unless some issues are
worked out before that time.
2009 -38 and 2009 -39 (SSM Hwy. 179 Interchange) - City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus
advised these are not finalized and suggested that they remain on the Informal Calendar
Monday night.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 12:30 P.M.
