PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS: Anna Kuwabara served as Library Board Trustee from August 5, 2008 to
January 31, 2012; and,
WHEREAS: Ms. Kuwabara was very involved with the Library's Long Range Plan, and
was active in the advocacy of the Library by reaching out to community organizations;
and,
WHEREAS: Ms. Kuwabara brought her professional and business background to
strengthen and offer keen ideas to benefit the Library and its patrons; and,
WHEREAS: Ms. Kuwabara and her husband Craig, are relocating to St. Louis where
Anna will be the business manager for the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra;
NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Town Council of the City known as the
Town of Watertown hereby extends its appreciation to Ms. Kuwabara who served with
pride and distinction. On behalf of the community, the Town Council wishes her all the
best in St. Louis.
