` PROJECT NO. 5-5196, & 5-5199 AS BEING COMPLETE ~ .
• WHEREAS; the City Councilawarded a contract of $113,687.00 to All

' ° American Asphalt for the Street Improvement `Project; and

°~ ~ 'WHEREAS, the projectatarted on September 20; 1999; and was `
completed on December 16, 1999; and ` •

~' ~ `, ~ ~ ` . WHEREAS, the total construction cost,was $148,444.75; and •
• ' WHEREAS,. staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been ,
completed in accordance'with the project plans and specifications.
" NOW; THEREFORE, the City CouncilJof the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim; order and resolve as`follows: '
• .Section 1. ,That the City Council accepts the Street Improvement Project;.
Project No. 5-5196 & 5-5199, as being complete aad in accordance with contract
• documents. .
- Section 2. This, resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its .
,adoption.
