A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL .OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING EASEMENTS
DEDICATED FOR STREET PURPOSES AT .12131
LONG BEACH BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the ,Conditional Use Permit for the development at 12131 Long Beach
Boulevard requires the developer to dedicate certain easements on Long Beach Boulevard and
Magnolia Avenue for street widening purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that said easements
are necessary for the convenience, welfare; and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City shall be served by
accepting said easements; and .
WHEREAS, said easements has been analyzed and"approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
AS FOLLOWS: .
Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication of said easements for street purposes
from 5 Sites, Inc.; as described below:
Those portions of Lots 990, 991 and 992 of Tract No. 3025 in the City of Lynwood, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as recorded in Book 35, page 44, in the ,office of the County '
Recorder, as more closely described as follows;
The westerly 3 feet of.the easterly 10 feet of Lots 990 and 991; and
The southeasterly half of the northerly 12,feet of the southerly 17 feet of the westerly 12 feet of
the easterly 22 feet, and the southerly 5 feet of Lot 992.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
