RESOLUTION NO. 2000.12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, HARRIS AVENUE,
BARLOW AVENUE AND POPE AVENUE, PROJECT NO.
5-5199 AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract of $235,710:00 to Excel
Paving Co., for the Street Improvement Project; and
' WHEREAS, the project started on October 18, 1999, and was completed
on January 7, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $ 229,957.34; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the. project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order. and resolve as follows:
Section L' That the City Council accepts the Street Improvement Project,
Project No. 5-5199, as being complete and in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption. ~ .
