CALL TO ORDER
The August 3, 2009, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:48 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Ferguson (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Medin (arrived at 5:52
P.M.), Penfold, Pope, Scrivner, and Struemph
Absent: Carroll and Koon
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2009 -54 (parking near new roundabout) - Councilman Ron Medin stated he will request
suspension of the rules so this can be passed before school opens on August 19.
2009 -58 (roundabout rules codified) - Councilman Dan Klindt stated he will be requesting
suspension of the rules so this can be also be passed tonight due to the August 19 start of
school.
2009 -48 (bow hunting inside city limits) - Councilman Dan Klindt announced that Mr.
John George will be attending tonight's meeting in case any questions arise on this issue
which Mr. George would be able to answer.
The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
