RESOLUTION NO. 2000.26
A RESOLUTION OF THE CI THOS CLASSI ICATfON
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
AND POSITION PLAN FOR THE REVISED POSITION STATEMENT OF
LICENSE REPRESENTATIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an
Employee. Classification and Position Pian and on occasion amends the plan as
needed; and
WHEREAS, the City has identified ~a need to upgrade the current License
Representative job description to meet the increasing demands of the City; and
WHEREAS, a classification statement has been prepared and reviewed
by the Personnel Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amends the Employee Classification and Position Plan by deleting
the current job description for License Representative and replacing it with the
revised description..
'Section 2. This resolution shalt become effective immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of . February 2000.
