A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood promotes the concept of
furthering the knowledge and education of City's Commissioners and employees; and
WHEREAS, the Planners Institute provides a wide array of classes and seminars
r` on current planning topics; and

WHEREAS, expanding knowledge concerning recerit~laws affecting planning will
,, benefit the City; and
WHEREAS, this program was. not included in the 1999/2000 fiscal .year budget
approved by the City Council.
NOW THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
that:
Section 4. The City Council of the City of Lynwood authorizes the City
Manager or his designee to execute all necessary financial activities relative to this
resolution.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Lynwood authorizes the following
transfer:

. adoption.
