® AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 -24 OF THE
GREENCASTLE CITY CODE REGARDING
RESERVED PARKING SPACES
WHEREAS, Section 8 -24 of the Greencastle City Code lists all reserved parking spaces
within the City of Greencastle; and
WHEREAS, The City has constructed a parking lot at the location of the previous City Hall
at the corner of Indiana and Walnut Streets; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department requests the use of certain spaces for its personnel;
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that
Section 8 -24, Schedule of Reserved Parking Spaces, is hereby amended with the following change to
the reserved spaces on Indiana Street. The Ordinance currently reads:
