CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.80-36
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RALPH MILLER DIVISION
WHEREAS, Ralph Miller has requested the division of a 10 acre parcel,
the legal description of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the parcel complies with the septic system requirements of the
City of Medina; because of a variance granted August 19, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Medina,
that the Ralph Miller division as set for th on Exhibit A is hereby approved,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of Two Thousand Two
Fifty and no/100 ($2,250.00) Dollars, be paid prior to the
filing of the approving resolution;
2. That Applicant pay the City's administrative costs in the amount
of $ 150.00

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
membeidancy Laurent and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Reiser, Crosby, Laurent, Lutz
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
