CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION No.80-38
RESOLUTION APPROVING HAISLET DIVISION
WHEREAS, on November 11, 1979, Timothy Haislet purchased the following described
property containing 10.31 acres:
That part of the North 580 feet of the Northwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 118 North,
Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Medidian, lying East
of the Easterly right-of-way line of County Road No. 201
WHEREAS, ordinances of the City of Medina in effect at that time did not
require subdivision approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Medina,
that a division of the above described property is hereby approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Laurent and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Reiser, Crosby, Laurent, Lutz
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
