introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 80 -39
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BROOKS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Conley Brooks has requested the division of a 16.99 acre parcel
into two parcels consisting of a 7.24 acre parcel and a 9.25 acre, the legal
descriptions of which are set forth on Exhibit A and attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Medina,
that the proposed division be approved subject to the following conditions:
1. That a Park Dedication Fee of Four Thousand Six Hundred and no/100
($4,600.00) Dollars be paid prior to the filing of the resolution
of approval;
2. That a private easement for ingress and egress, 60 feet in width,
be provided for access to the property, in a location approved by the
City Engineer;
3. The Applicant pay the City's administrative costs in the amount of
$ 180.00

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Laurent and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Reiser, Crosby, Laurent, Lutz
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
