CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 80-40
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SCHLOSSER DIVISION
WHEREAS, Leonard Schlosser has requested a division of 5.3 acres, the
legal description of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference
as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the division is in compliance with the septic system requirements
of the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Medina
that the division of Leonard Schlosser as set forth on Exhibit A is hereby approved,
subject to the following conditions:
1. A Park Dedication Fee of One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and no/100
($1,350.00) dollars, be paid prior to the filing of the approving
resolution;
2. The City`s administrative costs in the amount of $ 200.00 be paid.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Lauren t and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Reiser, Crosby, Laurent, Lutz
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
