CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.80-41
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BITTERMAN DIVISION
WHEREAS, Michael Bitterman has requested the division of an 11.7 acre
parcel into two parcels, Parcel A being 2.8 acres and Parcel B being 8.1 acres,
all as set forth on Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference; and
WHEREAS, the two proposed lots comply with the septic system requirements
of the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Medina,
that the division of the Bitterman property as set forth on Exhibit A is hereby
approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. A Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $ 1 , 2 0 0 . 0 0 , be paid
before the approving resolution is filed;
2. The Applicant pay the City's administrative costs in the amount of
$ 100.00

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by

member Lau rn t and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Reiser, Crosby, Laurent, Lutz
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
