A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, Mc1VIILLAN, PLUMA,
GRANT, EUCLID, PLUM AND PEACH STREET,
PROJECT NO. 5-5168 & 5-5196 AS BEING COMPLETE
~ 1 WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract of $245,515.00 to Sequel
Contractors, for the Street Improvement Project; and
.,. ,
' WHEREAS, the project started on December 6, 1999, and was completed
on January 31, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $283,956.75; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that. all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council a_ ccepts the Street Improvement Project,
Project No.'S-5168 & 5-5.196, as being complete and in accordance with contract
' documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th ~ day of
March , 2000.
