A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF. LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE SKATE PARK
• PROJECT,' PROJECT NO. 5-5207 AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, On May 1, 1999,. a bid opening for construction of the Skate
Park was held. On June 1, 1999, Council rejected the bids and authorized staff to •
purchase necessary supplies, materials and services for the Skate Park project
through informal bid procedures.
WHEREAS, the project started on September 27, 1999, and was
completed on February 7, 2000 ;and ~ •
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the-City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Skate Park Project, Project
No. 5-5207, as being complete and in accordance with contract documents. •
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption. -
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of
March , 2000.
