CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION N0. 810 - ill 3
RESOLUTION ISSUING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DAY/HOLLANDER
WHEREAS, John Hollander has requested a conditional use
permit for the purpose of the disassembly of automobiles and the
sale of parts thereof_ in a portion of the industrial building
located at 700 Hamel Road within the City of Medina; and
WHEREAS, the said property is owned by John Day and
is legally described as:
Lot 5, Block 1, Medina Industrial Addition,
Hennepin County;
and
WHEREAS, John Hollander is requesting a conditional use
permit for the use of 3,100 square feet of the said building;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of
the City of Medina that a conditional use permit for the .foregoing
request of John Day and John Hollander is hereby granted subject
to the following conditions:
1. No outside storage of inoperative vehicles
or vehicles intended for disassembly shall
be permitted at any time, including work
days, nighttime, holidays or weekends;
2. No outside disassembly of vehicles shall be
permitted;
3. John Day and John Hollander are jointly respon-
sible to provide a landscaping plan to be ap-
proved by the Zoning Administrator and are
jointly responsible to install landscaping
in accordance with the approved plan;
4. All existing parking areas, driveways, entrances
and other areas of vehicular travel shall be
repaired with asphalt surfacing and any suit-
able base necessary and ten (10) additional
parking spaces shall be provided on Lot 4,
Block 1, Medina Industrial Addition, said
additional parking spaces to be improved with
suitable base and asphalt surfacing, provided
however, that the area permitted for development
on the said Lot 4, Block 1, shall be reduced
by the area required for the ten additional

John Day and John Eollandr shall execute
appropriate development contracts and per-
formance bonds on forms to be authorized by
the City Attorney to guarantee completion
of the landscaping and parking lot repair
and installation.
