A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE ~
EXTENSION OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT f
AGREEMENT WITH COMMUTER BUS~LINES
FOR THE~LYNWOOD FIXED ROUTE TROLLEY ; ,

WHEREAS, on October 15, 1986, the City of Lynwood entered ;into a service cont~ act
.agreement with Commuter Bus Lines which set forth the terms and conditions for the service's; of

the Lynwood Fixed Route Trolley System; and

WHEREAS, said service contract has been renewed periodically and shall expire on
March 31, 12000, and
WHEREAS, said trolle bus s stem needs to be evalua ' '

improvements, which may effect terms of the service contact agreement; and ~
WHEREAS, in, order to complete the system evaluation, a time extension to said service
contract is necessary... -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ~ OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS: ~

Section 1. The City Council approve the extension of the service contract with Commuter
Bus Lines for six (6) months, which shall terminate on September 30, 2000. C ~
Section- 2. This resolutiori shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
