RESOLUTION NO. 0
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has by Resolution provided for the
sale of Lots 23 and 24, Block2
Independence Beach, Hennepin County to;
and ,
William A. Fenholt
WHEREAS, the said William A. Fenholt accepts all
of the conditions of the sale of said land as set forth by the
City Council;
NOW, TifERNN ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Medina to authorize and direct its Mayor and Clerk to execute the
purchase Agreement on said property.
BE IT FU -.4TTiER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a twit Claim Deed to convey the
said property to William A. Fenholt

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
