AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Princeton Excess & Surplus Lines
(Munich RE) (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability
Insurance (First Layer) coverage from July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Princeton Excess & Surplus Lines (Munich RE) (Charles L. Crane
Agency, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability
Insurance (First Layer) coverage from July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2022.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 10, 2021.
