AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Lexington (AIG) (Charles L. Crane
Agency, agent) for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability Insurance (Third Layer) coverage from
July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Lexington (AIG) (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) is hereby
awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability Insurance (Third Layer) coverage
from July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2022.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 10, 2021.
