AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Travelers Indemnity Co (Charles L.
Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Cyber Liability Insurance Program coverage from July 1,
2021 to June 30, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Travelers Indemnity Co (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) is hereby
awarded the contract for the District’s Cyber Liability Insurance Program coverage from July 1,
2021 to June 30, 2022.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 10, 2021.
