AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Markel American Insurance Company
(Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Contractors Equipment (Inland Marine)
Insurance Program coverage from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Markel American Insurance Company (Charles L. Crane Agency,
agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Contractors Equipment (Inland Marine)
Insurance Program coverage from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 10, 2021.
