AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Travelers Casualty and Surety Company
(Travelers Excess) (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Fiduciary Liability
Insu rance Coverage (2nd Layer Excess) from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Travelers Casualty and Surety Company (Travelers Excess) (Charles
L. Crane Agency, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Fiduciary Liability
Insurance Coverage (2nd Layer Excess) from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 10, 2021.
