AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Ironshore Specialty Ins Co (Liberty
Mutual) (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Blocked Main and Overcharged Line
Backup Insurance coverage from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ironshore Specialty Ins Co (Liberty Mutual) (Charles L. Crane
Agency, agent) is hereby awarded the contract the District’s Blocked Main and Overcharged Line
Backup Insurance coverage from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 10, 2021.
