A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, additional funds are required to conduct a legal review -of existing
Personnel. Rules and Regulations. as well as other related documents and
WHEREAS, the 1999 -00 fiscal year budgei allocation does not support: the
expenditures; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to have a legal review of all
personnel documents currently utilized. i
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City_of,Lynwood does hereby find,
determine, order and resolve as follows•
Section 1. That City Manager or his designee is authorized-to make the
following funds appropriations and transfers:

Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
