PRESENT: Dave Huntsman . Dee Johnson, Deb Sorenson . Ross Johnson .
Karen Hansen , Terry Butikofer . Craig Rockwood .
Terry introduced the necessities to get started on the building
project . First . Asbestsoes inspection . Two bids were presented .
Terry contacted State EPA Asbestoes agent . Becky Goreing .
Council reviewed two proposals : 1 . Rocky Mountain Enviromental
Assoc . and 2 . NBA Asbestos . Neil Allen Owner .
Craig moved to accept the S1423 bid from Rocky Mountain
Environmental Assoc . Deb Second . All were in favor .
The Council approved the selection of the Administrator &
Architect for the renovating of the City Building . Administrator
is East Central Idaho Planning and Developing Assoc . and the
Architect is Lee Dille from Ratzlaff Architects . Craig moved to
accept them as Administrator and Architect and Dee 2nd . All were
in favor .
The Council was asked to access the City building and become
familiar with project goals more fully . A tour was taken through
the building . Questions were asked and answered .
Meeting adjourned at 8 : 25 .
