The City of Tiffin City Council held a special session Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at the City Hall Council
Chambers. Mayor Pro Tem Mike Ryan called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Upon roll being called the
following members were present: Mike Ryan, Al Havens, Jim Bartels, Eric Schnedler, and Peggy Upton.
Absent: Mayor Steve Berner. Others present: Deputy City Clerk Abigail Hora, Building Official Brian
Shay and others.

Motion to approve the agenda by Havens
Second by Schnedler.
All ayes, motion carried.
