Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, September rd, 2019 at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Eric Schnedler. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, Interim City Clerk Abigail Hora, City Engineer Ben Carhoff and others present. Absent: Mike Ryan. B.Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Bartels Second by Schnedler All ayes, motion carried. C. Discussion of Home Occupation Ordinance as it relates to Parking Peggy Upton arrives at 6:03 PM Discussion: Toby Trail 810 Redbird Run, Damon Farner 606 Redbird Run present Would like it to change a temporary 12-hour leeway for cleaning, or for unloading. Have attorney look into a temporary permit. D. Discussion of Parking Barriers at New Soccer Fields Parking Lot Discussion: All in support, would like a decorative, narrow barriers that could be moved. E.Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda F.Other Business G. Unscheduled If you wish to address the City Council on subjects pertaining to the agenda is reached. Adolph no issues to report. Dick Huff 355 Oriole Ct concerns about Roberts Ferry Road and the sidewalk on the East side. Street lights needed North on Roberts Ferry Rd. Issues on corner of Roberts Ferry and Goldfinch and issues near Redbird Run. Sidewalk issues to be addressed. Mark Petersen 632 Calla Lily Way sidewalk concerns on vacant lot near Croell and State St. E.Consent Agenda (Mayor Berner recused himself from the Consent Agenda) Note: These are routine items and will be enacted by one motion without separate discussion unless a Council Member requests separate consideration. 1.
