A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DESIGNATING THAT PORTION OF
STOCKWELL DRIVE, BETWEEN LE SAGE STREET
AND LILITA STREET, AS AN AREA WHERE PARKING
IS RESTRICTED TO PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY
WHEREAS, staff has received complaints from residents on Stockwell Drive relative to a
spillover parking problem from adjacent businesses; and
WHEREAS,. staff has completed necessary surveys and has confirmed said problem; and
WHEREAS, said problem can be alleviated with the implementation of the restriction of
parking as allowed by Ordinance No. 1396.; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance requires that the street has to be designated by an ordinance or
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Lynwood City Council as follows:
Section 1. The City Council designates that portion of Stockwell Drive, between Le Sage
Street and Lilita Street, as an area where parking is restricted to permit holders only.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption
