RESOLUTION NO. 0 f -
Resolution authorizing submission of the City of
Community Development Program to Hennepin County for consideration as part
of the Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Application,
in accord with the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
WHEREAS, the City of MEDINA has executed a
Cooperation Agreement with Hennepin County agreeing to participate in the
Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program, and
WHEREAS, a three year Community Development Program and Housing
Assistance Plan was prepared for Program Years V, VI and VTI consistent with
the Urban Hennepin County Comprehensive Community Development Strategy and
the Community Development Program Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Year VII Community Development Program was developed
consistent with the Urban Hennepin County Comprehensive Community Develop-
ment Strategy and has been subject to citizen review pursuant to the Urban
Hennepin County Citizen Participation Plan,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of MEDINA.
approves the proposed Year VII Community Development Program and
authorizes application transmittal to Hennepin County for consideration as
part of the Year VII Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant
Application.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of MEDINA.
