RESOLUTION NO. 2020-052
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO DISPOSE OF
RIGHT OF WAY
Whereas, the City intends to dispose of the following described parcel of real estate,
abutting a portion of parcel #0633451004 on Ireland Avenue:
by conveyance to Hightower Development Inc., the adjacent property owner. The
proposed disposition is for $1000.
Now, therefore be it resolved that a public hearing on the proposed disposition of real

estate shall be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 7 day of July, 2020.

On the 16 day of June, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-052, A RESOLUTION
SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO DISPOSE OF RIGHT OF WAY
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Olney.
Ayes: Bartels, Schnedler, Havens, Olney
Nays: None
Absent: None
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-052, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE
FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE AND DISPOSE OF RIGHT OF WAY to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
