A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO DMR TEAM IN THE
AMOUNT OF $46,800.00, FOR THE DESIGN OF THE IMPERIAL
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER 05-
,~ 5212, FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
t TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Imperial Highway Improvement Project, Project No. OS-5212 is
listed in the FY 1999-2000, budget; and
WHEREAS, DMR TEAM was selected as one of four firms to provide
professional services for street improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $46,800.00,. was negotiated with DMR TEAM for
the design of the Imperial Highway Improvement Project.

proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the design of the Imperial Highway Improvement
Project, Project Number OS-5212, be awarded to DMR Team for the negotiated price of
$46,800.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement between
the City of Lynwood and DMR -TEAM.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
