RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, th City of Medina h s by Resolution provided for the

Independence Beach, Hennepin County to: ,6A2.- .5 o
and
WHEREAS, the said
64„,(-41 accepts all
of the conditions of the sale of said land as set forth by the
City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Medina to authorize and direct its Mayor and Clerk to execute the
purchase Agreement on said property.
BE IT FU THER .RESOLVED, that the mayor and the Clerk are hereby
authorized and directe to execute a girt Clam Deed to convey the
said property to �.
