CALL TO ORDER
The November 2, 2009, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:50 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll (arrived at5:50 P.M.), Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Penfold,
Pope, Scrivner and Struemph
Absent: Medin
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Discussion was held regarding the order of presentations at tonight's meeting due to the
fact that there will be several persons present to speak on the issue of the single- stream
trash and recycling program. The Council felt it would be advisable to allow all those
presentations to made earlier in the meeting than they normally would on the agenda.
Bill 2009 -73 (charter changes) - Discussion was held whether the bill should be voted on
or remain on the Informal Calendar. The sponsor, Councilwoman Carrie Carroll, stated she
would like for City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus to make a brief presentation about the
various options at the November 9 Work Session, and leave the bill on the Informal
Calendar until after that time.
The meeting adjourned at 5:57 P.M.
